Who We Are

Erik is one of the firm’s founders and is our Chief Investment Officer. He began his career in 1990 in New York City and spent the next 14 years working at large financial services firms on a variety of investment management functions including asset allocation, money manager research, product development, client communications, and more. Witnessing the many conflicts of interest and bureaucracy ingrained in large firms, in 2005 Erik left Wall Street behind for good to help clients pursue their financial goals in a more flexible and less conflicted environment.

Erik is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional and graduated from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in finance. An avid golfer, hockey player and auto enthusiast, Erik lives near Sarasota, Florida and enjoys spending his summers in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Louis is our Director of Financial Planning and one of the firm’s founders. Louis spends most of his time working directly with clients, applying his more than 28 years of experience with investment management, wealth planning and financial planning.  Louis is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).  He also holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Financial Services. 

Louis is an Ironman triathlete and has hiked all of the 46 High Peaks, which makes him an ADK 46er.  Louis has more than 100 High Peak summits and is currently working to become a “Winter” 46er (Summiting all 46 peaks in the winter).  Prior to his financial service career, Louis was as an officer in the 82nd Airborne Division. 

Brad is our Director of Research and Portfolio Management, working closely with Erik, Lou, our clients and other advisors. A co-founder of 46 Peaks, his more than 25 years of experience at both large and boutique firms helps provide the breadth and depth of knowledge critical to the effective integration of our financial planning and investment management services.

Brad is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional and holds a BS in Finance from Bloomsburg University. Outside of the office, you can find Brad actively involved in several local youth sports organizations or spending time in the Adirondacks with his family. He resides in Newtown, Pennsylvania with his wife and their three children.

Linda is our Director of Operations. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of our investment operations and serves as the firm’s liaison with custodians, including Charles Schwab. Linda’s ability to provide the highest quality of client service is the product of her deep investment product expertise, 25 years’ experience in broker/dealer and RIA operations, and her effective communication skills. Linda works closely with our advisors and clients to ensure a superior client experience, and often builds deep long-term relationships with our clients.

In her free time, Linda enjoys watching her daughter play sports and spending time at the beach. She resides in Colts Neck, NJ.

Pat helps with the administration of 46 Peaks, LLC. Pat has a diverse background which includes being a certified paralegal and the owner/operator of a nursery school for 7 years. Pat has also spent 25 years as an executive assistant to two CEO’s in Bucks County, PA and Pennsauken, NJ before moving to the Newtown area.

Pat understands her role and responsibilities and looks at the larger mission of businesses to ensure their success. She joined Louis Fancher in 2011 and resides with her family in Richboro, PA.
