Our three founding members all have the following in common:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n    <li>Each has over 20 years of experience in financial services.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Each has been a Certified Financial Planner\u00ae professional for at least 20 years.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Each is particularly passionate about investment management, constant learning and ongoing research. He began his career in 1990 in New York City and spent the next 14 years working at large financial services firms on a variety of investment management functions including asset allocation, money manager research, product development, client communications, and more. Witnessing the many conflicts of interest and bureaucracy ingrained in large firms, in 2005 Erik left Wall Street behind for good to help clients pursue their financial goals in a more flexible and less conflicted environment.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span>Erik is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP\u00ae) professional and graduated from Boston College with a bachelor\u2019s degree in finance. Louis spends most of his time working directly with clients, applying his more than 28 years of experience with investment management, wealth planning and financial planning.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><span>Louis is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP\u00ae)<\/span>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>He also holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Financial Services.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><span>Louis is an Ironman triathlete and has hiked all of the 46 High Peaks, which makes him an ADK 46er.\u00a0 Louis has more than 100 High Peak summits<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and is currently working to become a \u201cWinter\u201d 46er (Summiting all 46 peaks in the winter).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Prior to his financial service career, Louis was as an officer in the 82nd Airborne Division.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"row bio-row\">\r\n        <div class=\"col-sm-3\">\r\n            <p>    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/BH-headshot.png\" alt=\"Brad Heindel\" \/><\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"col-sm-9\">\r\n        <div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col\"><h3>Brad Heindel, CFP\u00ae<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"col\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"mailto:bheindel@46peaks.com\">bheindel@46peaks.com<\/a><br \/><a href=\"tel:2158677103\">(215) 867-7103<\/a><\/div><\/div>\r\n        \r\n            <p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Brad is our Director of Research and Portfolio Management, working closely with Erik, Lou, our clients and other advisors. A co-founder of 46 Peaks, his more than 25 years of experience at both large and boutique firms helps provide the breadth and depth of knowledge critical to the effective integration of our financial planning and investment management services.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Brad is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP\u00ae) professional and holds a BS in Finance from Bloomsburg University. Outside of the office, you can find Brad actively involved in several local youth sports organizations or spending time in the Adirondacks with his family. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of our investment operations and serves as the firm\u2019s liaison with custodians, including Charles Schwab. Linda\u2019s ability to provide the highest quality of client service is the product of her deep investment product expertise, 25 years\u2019 experience in broker\/dealer and RIA operations, and her effective communication skills. Linda works closely with our advisors and clients to ensure a superior client experience, and often builds deep long-term relationships with our clients.<\/p>\r\n            \r\n            <p>In her free time, Linda enjoys watching her daughter play sports and spending time at the beach. Pat has also spent 25 years as an executive assistant to two CEO\u2019s in Bucks County, PA and Pennsauken, NJ before moving to the Newtown area.<\/p>\r\n\r\n            <p>Pat understands her role and responsibilities and looks at the larger mission of businesses to ensure their success.
